The move

Harvest is moving to Altruist.

We are transitioning to a new custodian, Altruist Financial, LLC, as part of an effort to simplify our pricing structure and remove pricing barriers.

Here's what's changing.

No subscription fees
We are eliminating monthly and annual subscription fees.
Asset-based pricing*
You’ll pay an advisory fee calculated as a percentage of your account value.
Simplified billing
Advisory fees will be automatically deducted from your account. No separate billing through Stripe, and no action is needed to cancel your old subscription.
Fee refund
As a thank-you for being an early investor, eligible clients may receive a refund of Harvest advisory fees covered by the program after their account transition is complete.

Notes and disclosures

  1. Harvest charges one 0.30% annual advisory fee on assets under management, billed monthly in arrears on your average daily balance, and deducted from your account. No subscription, no trading commissions, and no account minimum. Fund expense ratios are charged by the funds themselves (see each prospectus), and some custodian fees may apply, such as for certain transfers. Clients who join through a partner advisor pay 0.25% a year on assets under management. Their firm pays $250/month. The rate above is the current schedule. A firm that joined under an earlier agreement may pay a different rate, and that firm's clients are shown their rate. See our Form ADV Part 2A and wrap fee brochure for full fee details.
  2. Harvest App LLC is an investment adviser registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, CRD 338019 (SEC 801-134471). Registration does not imply a certain level of skill or training, or endorsement by the SEC. View our SEC record.
  3. Altruist Financial LLC is a member of SIPC, which protects securities customers of its members up to $500,000 (including $250,000 for cash). SIPC protects against broker-dealer failure, not market losses. See www.sipc.org.
  4. Faith-aligned portfolios apply screening criteria based on biblical principles, which may exclude certain companies or sectors and may not be suitable for all investors. Screening criteria do not guarantee alignment with your personal values or beliefs.
  5. App screens show the Harvest app with example data, not any customer's account. Balances, holdings, returns and dates on those screens are examples and do not reflect any client's performance. Advisor screens show a demo firm with example households. A dash stands in for a balance we do not have. Photography is for illustration only and does not depict Harvest clients.
  6. Automatic rebalancing may wait until your account has a balance of at least $10.
  7. The Funding projection is hypothetical. It shows the future value of the recurring deposit shown, compounded each deposit period at one assumed annual rate (8%, the app's middle case), held constant every year, over the period shown. It does not reflect advisory fees, fund expenses, taxes, inflation or market losses, which would lower results. It is not a prediction or guarantee. Actual results will vary, and you may lose money.
